SOCIAL REPONSIBILITY

• LOTAMS’ employees actively participate in charity actions for orphanages (collecting clothes, food, chemical products) and foundations; In 2016 and 2017 LOTAMS collected over 600 books for the Zaczytani.org foundation. The books were later donated to children’s hospitals. LOTAMS also supports the foundation for Polish Kresy, the Child’s Heart Foundation and the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity and the action ‘Pajacyk’ by Polish Humanitarian Action for malnourished children.
• LOTAMS promotes healthy lifestyles. To do so we offer our employees Multisport packages and encourage them to participate in sports events such as running and cycling. The LOTAMS running team participated in the 38. PZU Warsaw Marathon and in the 12. and 13. Warsaw Half Marathon.
• The employees can rely on their company in terms of support. LOTAMS donated to the ‘Dar Seca’ foundation for the sake of treatment and rehabilitation of disabled workers. LOTAMS also provides seasonal financial help for workers in tough life situations and parents of disabled children.
• LOTAMS supports culture as well. Thanks to the company’s cooperation with several theatres from Warsaw, our employees receive special offers, such as tickets at bargain prices.
• LOTAMS has introduced very strict environmental policy to make natural environment protection our top priority. The company is maximizing efforts to satisfy all the needs of our customers, but at the same time we take care of environmental safety and preventing work accidents.
